The Master of Counselling (Advanced) provides postgraduate qualifications for people seeking to enhance their skills in the professional domain of counselling and communication and meets the needs of those seeking work in community and business settings to facilitate positive human change. This course has been designed to prepare you for employment in a role that leverages your counselling and coaching skills within a specialist work environment. The importance of digital counselling – including virtual counselling and using apps – is explored within our changing environment. Self-care, developing resilience, understanding mental health, and exploring theoretical underpinnings of counselling are all covered.
